Exchange & Refund Policy for The GS' Cairo
At The GS' Cairo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free refunds and exchange policy.*

To request a refund or exchange, please contact us via email at info@thegscairo.com.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the product must be in the same undamaged condition as received, with the original GS' Cairo ticket attached. Each order is entitled to one exchange process OR one refund process.

Please note that damaged products, items with removed GS' Cairo tickets, or requests made after 14 days from the date of receiving the order, are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

*We do not process exchanges/refunds for international orders. This policy applies only to orders within Egypt.

NOTE: On-sale items and items purchased with discounts are NON-refundable, and are only eligible for a same-product size exchange.

Kindly be informed that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you request an exchange or a refund, you will be responsible for covering any additional shipping and handling costs. However, in the case of receiving an incorrect product, damaged, or factory-defected item: we are pleased to offer a full cash-back or a free exchange - according to your preference.
